Shipping Policy

Please carefully review the following shipping policy for detailed information on how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Modifications: After your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (varies based on destination)
    • Available for most locations within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (varies based on destination)
    • Available for urgent orders and select locations.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Available for urgent orders that need immediate delivery. Please ensure to place your order before the cutoff time for same-day processing.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-order volumes. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping location. We offer competitive rates and strive to provide the best possible shipping options.

  • Free Shipping: For orders under $75, we offer free standard delivery to the local Toronto GTA area.
  • Shipping Charges: For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Other Area Shipping: Currently, we only offer flat-rate shipping within Canada. 

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to Canada only.
  • P.O. Boxes: We DO NOT accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received your tracking number or have any questions about your order’s status, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in locating your package.


6. Shipping Delays and Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays in your order’s shipment. These factors include, but are not limited to:

  • Weather conditions: Severe weather may affect delivery schedules and transit times.
  • Holidays: During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience higher-than-usual volumes, which can result in delays.
  • Carrier delays: Occasionally, shipping carriers may face delays due to issues like package misrouting, labor shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is delayed or you are facing any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or the carrier. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your communication so we can process a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement or store credit.

Note: Kwan Kee Bamboo Noodle is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by carrier errors. However, we are here to help you through the claims process and resolve the issue.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Kwan Kee Bamboo Noodle is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the address in time to prevent delivery delays or delivery to the wrong address.


9. Signature Requirement

For orders of high value or shipments to specific areas, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave instructions for rescheduling or alternative delivery options.
